Find your tracking

1. Check the e-mail titled “Your Vizzali order is on its way” and click Track package.
2. Sign in to My Account to view your orders and tracking.
3. Still can’t find it? E-mail support@vizzali.com with your order number and postcode.

Typical timeline (UK)

• Processing — dispatch in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
• In transit — live updates via your tracking link
• Delivered — proof of delivery where available

Typical delivery window: 4–15 days from dispatch.
