Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2025
This page explains how and when Vizzali issues refunds. For eligibility and how to send items back, please see our Return Policy.
When we refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.
- If the item is confirmed faulty or misdescribed, we will also refund the original delivery charge (standard service only).
What is refundable
- Products returned in line with our Return Policy (unused, undamaged, in original packaging with protective films intact and all accessories included).
- Faulty or misdescribed products (subject to assessment).
What is not refundable
- Exchanges: not offered.
- Original delivery charges for non-faulty items.
- Return postage for non-faulty items (customer’s responsibility).
- Items showing wear, damage, missing parts, or any bracelet resizing/adjustment.
- Unauthorised returns (returns sent without prior contact or past the window in our Return Policy).
Partial refunds (loss of value)
Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function (as you would in a shop), we may deduct an amount to reflect the loss of value.
How to request a refund
- E-mail support@vizzali.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 3 business days with instructions and the return address.
- Send the item as instructed and keep your tracking receipt.
Late or missing refunds
- Check with your bank/card issuer (posting times vary).
- If you still have not received your refund after our confirmation, contact us at support@vizzali.com.
Payment & security
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the same method used at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
