Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we currently offer complimentary tracked delivery within the UK.

What is the delivery time?
Typical UK delivery window is 4–15 days from dispatch. Orders ship Monday–Friday.

How do I track my order?
Check the e-mail titled “Your Vizzali order is on its way” for your tracking link, or view it in My Account. See Track My Order for details.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact support@vizzali.com before dispatch and we’ll do our best to assist.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes — all prices include VAT.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns window?
We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy.

How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days for processing. Details in our Refund Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?
No — we do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.

Product & Care

Is the watch water-resistant?
Suitable for everyday use. Avoid immersion and hot water.

Do you include an extra strap or a sizing tool?
No extra strap. We are working to include a simple bracelet sizing tool in future orders.

What materials do you use?
316L stainless steel for case and bracelet; clean with a soft cloth and avoid chemicals/impacts.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and supported wallets (device/browser dependent).

Is checkout secure?
Yes — card details are encrypted (TLS/SSL) and handled under PCI DSS. Where required, 3D Secure (SCA) applies. We do not store full card numbers.
