Return Policy

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. For how refunds are issued after inspection, please see our Refund Policy.

Who this applies to

Customers in the United Kingdom purchasing directly from vizzali.com.

How to start a return

  1. E-mail support@vizzali.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 3 business days with the return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item as instructed and keep your tracking receipt.

Eligibility checklist

  • Unused and undamaged (no signs of wear on case, bracelet or clasp).
  • Protective films intact and all accessories included (gift box, booklet, tags).
  • No bracelet resizing/adjustment or link removal.
  • Returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Return started within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage

  • For non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend a tracked and insured service; items remain your responsibility until received by us.
  • If an item is confirmed faulty or misdescribed, we will cover reasonable return postage (as instructed by our team).

Items not eligible for return

  • Returns requested after the 14-day window.
  • Products that have been used, worn, resized or show signs of wear/damage.
  • Missing accessories, removed protective films or packaging not in original condition.
  • Unauthorised returns (sent without prior contact or outside the instructions provided).
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Gift with purchase not returned: the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or shows a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vizzali.com with photos. We will take care of it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different model/colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection. See our Refund Policy for full details.
