UK delivery

  • Tracked service for every order.
  • Typical delivery window: 4–15 days from dispatch.
  • Dispatch: Monday–Friday (UK time). We aim to ship within 1–2 business days.
  • VAT: all prices shown on our website include VAT.

Tracking

We will e-mail your confirmation and tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also check status on Track My Order.

Delivery assurance

If a parcel is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will replace it or refund you after the carrier’s investigation—no hassle.

Address changes

If you need to amend your address, contact us before dispatch and we will do our best to assist.

Damage or missing items

Please report transit damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery by e-mailing support@vizzali.com with photos and your order number.
