Welcome to vizzali.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and any purchase you make from Vizzali. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Digital Content: data produced and supplied in digital form.
  • Distance Contract: a contract concluded between Vizzali and the Consumer via our online store without simultaneous physical presence.
  • Sustainable Data Carrier: any medium (e.g., e-mail) that enables information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
  • Website: vizzali.com.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by Vizzali and to every Distance Contract concluded via the Website. Where we publish additional product or service terms, those apply alongside these Terms. In case of inconsistency, the provision more favourable to the Consumer will prevail.

3. The offer

  • Obvious errors or typographical mistakes in an offer are not binding.
  • Each offer includes information that makes it clear to you what rights and obligations are attached to acceptance (price, taxes, delivery timeline, key features).

4. Contract formation

  • A contract is formed when you complete checkout and we acknowledge your order.
  • If you place an order electronically, we promptly confirm receipt electronically.

5. Prices & taxes

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We may update prices at any time before you place an order.

6. Delivery

  • UK delivery: tracked delivery in 4–15 days. See Shipping & Returns.
  • The delivery address must be complete and accurate; additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Risk in the products passes on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & refunds

  • We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for steps.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; please allow 5–10 business days for processing. See our Refund Policy.
  • No exchanges.

8. Your obligations during inspection

Handle the product and packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function—similar to what you would do in a shop. Any loss of value caused by handling beyond this may be deducted from your refund.

9. Payment & security

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are encrypted (TLS/SSL) and handled under PCI DSS standards. Where required, 3D Secure (SCA) applies.
  • We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

10. Products, warranty & care

  • Our watches are designed for everyday use. Avoid immersion and hot water. See Size & Care (when available) for guidance.
  • No extended warranty is offered; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Accounts & registration

  • You may create an account. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for their use.
  • We may refuse, suspend or cancel an account in case of irregularities or misuse.

12. Complaints & support

  • If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible at support@vizzali.com with a clear description of the issue.
  • We aim to reply within 3 business days.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is obliged to fulfil obligations where prevented by events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, carrier disruptions).

14. Privacy & cookies

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how we process personal data and use cookies.

15. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (including text, images and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Vizzali and protected by law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizzali is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
